Core Design Concept

Following multiple brainstorming sessions and refinements, I proposed the core concept of 'enhancing professional operations'. This design approach aims to organise functional zones effectively, streamline manual operational components and eliminate visual clutter, thereby enhancing intuitiveness and operational efficiency

在多次反复推敲后,我提出了“强调专业性”作为设计的主旨。这一设计理念将功能区域进行合理划分,最大限度地整合人工操作部分,同时简化非操作区域,力求消除一切视觉干扰,以提升操作过程的直观性和效率。

Structure and Aesthetics
The structural support components utilize aerodynamic, streamlined shapes that not only meet Germany’s TUV standards for medical device stability but also enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. The streamlined design reduces material usage and facilitates cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the device’s reliable performance in demanding environments.
结构美感

医疗设计几个永恒的维度:安全性、信赖感、易清洁、抗腐蚀和舒缓情绪,在设计呼吸机推车时被反复探讨,尤其是当设计理念需要通过管理材料、工艺、成本控制才能得以实现时。

最终结构支撑部分采用铸造工艺的纯技术,而其表面被流线型风格的吸塑件包裹。这个解法不仅满足德国TUV对医疗器械稳定性的高标准,还兼顾了整体的审美价值,与竞品拉开可称惊艳的差距。
流线吸塑虽然达不到注塑件的标准,但作为半包围式外壳,无论从公差还是成本上都足以满足设计要求,同时它便于清洁维护,确保设备在严苛环境中的持续可靠性。

Detail and Practicality in Design
Ensuring the stability of the gas tubing connected to the ventilator is crucial during both use and transportation. To guarantee reliable connection and disconnection, especially in urgent situations, the design team collaborated closely with engineers to develop a specialized connector structure. This innovative solution offers excellent stability in complex surgical and ward environments while enabling single-handed disassembly and assembly, significantly enhancing operational convenience and safety.
设计细节

保护呼吸机气体管道的稳固性在使用和运输过程中尤为关键。为确保管道在频繁连接和拆卸中的可靠性,同时方便在紧急情况下迅速操作,设计团队与工程师紧密合作,研发出一套特殊的转接结构。这一设计在复杂的手术和病房环境中表现出色,不仅提供了极高的稳固性,还实现了仅需一只手即可轻松拆卸和组装,大大提高了操作的便利性和安全性。
